php.ini

Hi all

I know my php.ini is located at /etc/php5/cli/php.ini but how do I get to 'etc' - is it in the file manager or somewhere else?

File Manager is similar to FTP, which doesn't allow you to access php.ini. You need to use SSH.

Which VPS plan do you have?
