IP class for VPS

Hi everyone. I'm on the verge of signing up for VPS Developer package, but want to find out what class of IP is assigned to such a package.

I don't really anticipate a C Class IP at this price (!), but A class (v. poor; and SLOW) is my reason for leaving current hosts (1and1).

Are current users happy with pagespeed on their sites?

Our Developer VPS packages come with 1 v4 IP Address that is solely for your use, and not shared with other customers. Additional IP addresses are available starting at $1.50/month when paid monthly.
