The nightmare continues 24 hrs of downtime on my VPS

Suppport has opened few case files
[Case #ETT-528753]
[Case #QTQ-837795]
[Case #DAW-413558]

It feels like they are leading me on by telling me "we escalated the priority to URGENT" etc but nothing gets done,

On the control panel VPS is in the Configuring mode and not accessible

I'm loosing clients so myhosting will loose a client that will post at least 10 bad reviews for myhosting on the interweb

I have a Win subscription and my VPS is down for 12 h straight.
Numerous reply's were sent to the original case(Case #ETT-528753) and no answer the only one I can talk to are the live chat support are not helping.

My case is Case #ETT-528753

Why dose the support answer my mails?
