You can always try SFTP over SSH. In FileZilla just set the port to 22 and the user to root if you want to go outside of the local folder. Which filemanager were you using the Virtuozzo Power Panel file manager, Plesk or cPanel?

So, in this fight to get procmail to work, my current issue is that the files transferred with File Manager to my linux (centos) vps seem to still have carriage returns in them. I don't see anything to set the transfer mode in the File Manager and FTP seems not to go above the website home directory (unless I'm missing the panel to set up an ftp user above the website home)...
What am I missing now?
Thanks,
Jeanne
if you're used to using FTP, i highly recommend SFTP. It's already configured on your box, gives you full root access (if you login as root) and lets you modify basically anything on the box. Of course, be very careful![]()

Power Panel - I'm trying to get to /var/qmail/mailnames/mydomain/myemailaddr directory. I may try ftp'ing into the home directory of the website and moving the file with ssh.
