Expose a Customer Facing side to the VPS Trouble Ticket System
Regarding trouble tickets: It would be nice to be able to see a list of tickets that are open as well as the ticket history for my account(s). Allowing customers to submit the ticket from the web would allow for filling out a form which would prompt for all of the basic information the help desk needs to initiate support. (Account IDs, etc).

Improve Chat System...
1. The Time-out of 1:30 is not enough to get through to the support team. so multiple attempts are required to get assistance.
2. When the operator types a message the user gets thrown off the type box and if he presses "backspace" activates the browser "back" function and gets trown out of chat. (Chrome)
Add "Screen Capture" to Customer Support
My suggestion is to add Skype (or similar software) for the support team.
With the ability to send screen cast directly to the support team; it will greatly upgrade and improve myhosting support experience. - This will save a lot of time by giving the operator the ability to see what the user is doing, rather than the user having to explain and write out his problem. and vice-a-versa.

Allow Daily Quarantine Summary Emails from Postini
In our postini administrative control panel, the daily quarantine summary emails are disabled. Can these be enabled or at least give us the option to enable them for our account? I have users who will forget to log in and check for false positives if they don't get a reminder in their inbox.

Better Reseller Plans and Reseller Support
Why do not you provide reseller packages that your professional customers can buy for an affordable price and sell to their customers. Resellers can provide end user support to their own customers and get more powerful support from myhosting when necessary. Current reseller plans based on "number of accounts" breeds the disadvantage for a reseller even a reseller can filter most of end user support needs before myhosting support.

Your domain forwarding (without framing) currently is a 302 redirect. You should change it to a 301 redirect, or give the option for me to choose 301 or 302. For SEO purposes I might want to have a 301 redirect.
