What is the possibility of getting a student package for exchange services. A school environment would greatly benefit from things like a global address book, but pricing may be out of the range for a student.

1. As a "one person" web designer, winning down my business, I wonder what would happen to my last few clients when I cannot support them. I would like to "meet" others who would be able to "step in" and take on my clients.
2. Place where web designer looking for "one-time" work or assistance could post.

It would be nice to have a Tutorial Page under "Customer Care". You have "Knowledge Base" which is perfect but for beginner users like me, it would be nice to have a step by step, tutorials with screenshots would be very helpful.
