Regarding trouble tickets: It would be nice to be able to see a list of tickets that are open as well as the ticket history for my account(s). Allowing customers to submit the ticket from the web would allow for filling out a form which would prompt for all of the basic information the help desk needs to initiate support. (Account IDs, etc).

Improve Chat System...
1. The Time-out of 1:30 is not enough to get through to the support team. so multiple attempts are required to get assistance.
2. When the operator types a message the user gets thrown off the type box and if he presses "backspace" activates the browser "back" function and gets trown out of chat. (Chrome)
Add "Screen Capture" to Customer Support
My suggestion is to add Skype (or similar software) for the support team.
With the ability to send screen cast directly to the support team; it will greatly upgrade and improve myhosting support experience. - This will save a lot of time by giving the operator the ability to see what the user is doing, rather than the user having to explain and write out his problem. and vice-a-versa.

Service Alerts By RSS Feeds
I do not login to my Control Panel often enough to see the Alerts, and I was wondering if there was any way we would be able to set up a subscription to a mailing list, to stay updated on service alerts, or even an RSS feed, that I could view from Outlook.

Step by Step Tutorials (w/ photos) of some important tasks...
It would be nice to have a Tutorial Page under "Customer Care". You have "Knowledge Base" which is perfect but for beginner users like me, it would be nice to have a step by step, tutorials with screenshots would be very helpful.
