Regarding trouble tickets: It would be nice to be able to see a list of tickets that are open as well as the ticket history for my account(s). Allowing customers to submit the ticket from the web would allow for filling out a form which would prompt for all of the basic information the help desk needs to initiate support. (Account IDs, etc).

I agree completely! I'm a new customer and so far my VPS has been down more than it has been up. When I submit a ticket I have very little visibility as to it's status. They seem to get bounced around to different departments and have mis-information added to them.
xquercus: Agreed.

xquercus: Yes, this has been my experience too. In the end, any issue that I've had has ultimately been resolved, however, many times there are numerous e-mails back and forth with tech support before the issue is addressed. This could be mitigated by a better ticketing sytem which would no doubt ease the ticket load on the tech support staff.... just my $0.02 worth.
