1. The Time-out of 1:30 is not enough to get through to the support team. so multiple attempts are required to get assistance.
2. When the operator types a message the user gets thrown off the type box and if he presses "backspace" activates the browser "back" function and gets trown out of chat. (Chrome)

It happened to me last night. I thought maybe I pressed a wrong key and the chat went off. Also, I see the button on the left that says ONLINE (in green color) but when I click it I straight receive the contact form. So, it's really available online? it happened with Safari.
