Wanted to know if you could install support for InnoDB which appears to add functionality to the MySQL database.

This is already enabled for most of the accounts on our Linux platform. If you log in at http://your-domain.com/phpMyAdmin and it shows you have MySQL 4.0 or greater, then it will be available for you to use.
