1. The Time-out of 1:30 is not enough to get through to the support team. so multiple attempts are required to get assistance.
2. When the operator types a message the user gets thrown off the type box and if he presses "backspace" activates the browser "back" function and gets trown out of chat. (Chrome)

Add "Screen Capture" to Customer Support
My suggestion is to add Skype (or similar software) for the support team.
With the ability to send screen cast directly to the support team; it will greatly upgrade and improve myhosting support experience. - This will save a lot of time by giving the operator the ability to see what the user is doing, rather than the user having to explain and write out his problem. and vice-a-versa.
