Top VPS Hosting Provider

My biggest WISH is to allow payment for separate accounts that are under one reseller account using different credit cards. I have numerous accounts that I view through my primary MyHosting account and love that I can see it all in one place. But I really need the ability for different sites to be paid for from different credit cards. (I’d explain more but can only type 400 characters?!?!)
