The HTTP 500 internal server error message is a general message. You can find out the exact error by following steps below.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down through the list of features and make sure the setting
- "Show friendly HTTP error messages" is not checked.
- Press the Apply button.
- Press the OK button.
When you try to access the web page again you will see a more detailed error message.
