If you get a notice or invoice in the mail from a company you do not recognize urging you to renew your domain name at a higher price, please be cautious. Contact the company you registered your domain name with and ask them about it. If you have registered your domain name with us and you have received one of these notices, please feel free to contact us to confirm. We generally do not send invoices in the mail for domain name renewal, and you can always check our current prices on our web site.

We have recently added a new feature called WHOIS Privacy which is available for all .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .mobi, .cc and .tv domain names registered with us through OpenSRS. This feature allows you to hide your contact information from the publicly accessible WHOIS Database. This will prevent these companies from seeing your address and sending you unsolicited and unethical renewal notices.

WHOIS Privacy is offered as a FREE feature for all new domain name registrations with However if you are an existing customer who wants to enable this feature on your domain name, please contact our Customer Support Department.
