One of the questions we receive from our users is if they can offer
MP3 downloads. We do not have any restrictions on what users offer on
their website, however we will comply with authorities if copyrighted
works are offered illegally on a website. For legitimate use, there is
no problem in offering mp3 files for download. For further
clarification, you can refer to our Acceptable Use Policy.
NOTE: MP3 files are usually larger and may take up more
of your disk space and result in more data transfer which could lead to
overage charges.
