When activating your exclusive IP address for your shared hosting
account, you still must using the shared IP address when connecting to
your website using FTP. After activating your exclusive IP you can view
your shared IP by completing the following:
Click on the Hosting tab
Click on Sites & Domains and select your domain name
Click on Web Hosting Settings
In the FTP Configuration section you can see your IP address used to connect with FTP
