You can change the access level of your SharePoint 3.0 website so that
anyone can view your site. To change the setting, browse to your
SharePoint site and log in as an administrator. From the Site Actions menu choose Site Settings. Under the Users and Permissions section select Advanced Permissions. From the Settings menu select Anonymous Access. You can then specify the amount of access you want to allow anonymous visitors to have.
