Canceling your SharePoint Site

Fees are added at the beginning of each billing cycle to pay for the services for that billing cycle. For example, if you are on six month billing cycle, at the beginning of your billing term, you are billed for 6 months of hosting services.

You can cancel your Sharepoint site through your customer control panel by:

1. Login at https://manage.myhosting.com
2. Click on Account tab up top
3. Click on Subscriptions
4. Click on the SharePoint plan you wish to cancel
5. Click on Cancel Subscription

Please note: your account will be cancelled at the end of your billing term. If you prepaid for 1 year, your account would remain active until that 1 year was up.
