This tutorial assumes that you have already logged in to Plesk.
Now let's learn how to backup and restore our files.
Scroll down to the Files group.
Click Backup Manager.
This is the main backup page where you can create immediate
backups, restore your files, or schedule backups to occur at a later
time. Let's learn how to schedule backups.
Click the box next to Activate this backup task to activate your new backup task.
Now, let's specify backup time and period.
Enter a prefix to the backup name.
Specify the maximum number of backups in repository.
Enter the email address of the domain's administrator.
Scroll down.
When ready, click OK to save the changes.
That's it! The new backup task has been successfully scheduled.
To make an immediate backup of your account, click Back Up.
Enter a prefix to backup name.
Specify the backup size in megabytes in the Volume size box if necessary.
Enter the email address of the domain's administrator.
Scroll down.
Click Back Up.
The backup process has been started. Let's see it in the Current Backup Tasks.

Let's go back to Server Repository.
Scroll down.
Once your backup process is finished, you would be able to
select the backup file from the list, and save it to your local computer
by clicking the Save icon to the right.
