This tutorial assumes that you have already logged in to Plesk.
Now let's learn how to suspend an existing hosting account.
You may wish to suspend an account if that customer's account is
past due, if they are spamming or abusing your servers, or violate the
Terms of Service they're obliged to.
Click the Domains icon.
Click the domain name for which you'd like to suspend the account.
This icon next to domain's status shows that the account is active now.
Click Suspend to proceed.
That's it! The hosting for domain demo1234.com has been suspended.
Let's resume it now. Click the Unsuspend link.
The account is active again!
This is the end of the tutorial. You now know how to suspend and
unsuspend (resume) hosting accounts in Plesk. Remember that suspending
accounts will immediately cause all website, FTP, FrontPage, email, and
database functions to stop working for the suspended account.
