Please note that our Operations team will be applying the latest Parallels-released hotfixes to your onCloud control panel and billing panel. These updates will start on Monday, May 14, 2012, at 2:00 a.m. EDT to minimize impact on your services with myhosting.com. This maintenance will last up to 30 minutes, during which you will be unable to access your onCloud control panel and billing area.

Emergency Maintenance: Classic Platform BlackBerry Service & MySQL Service to be Affected

Dear myhosting.com Classic clients:

Due to a decision made by our Operations team to reboot host inf-xen06, which is currently experiencing some issues in starting virtual machines located on it, please note that two Classic hosting services may be affected in particular:

1) If you are a Hosted Exchange Email client using a BlackBerry device, please be aware that you may experience interruption to your BlackBerry message delivery during rebooting of the host.

2) If you have MySQL database running on any of your Windows hosting plans, please be aware that MySQL database functioning will be interrupted as well.

Maintenance will occur today – Sunday, May 13, 2012 – starting at 10:00 p.m. EDT, and is projected to interrupt service in the ways mentioned above for only 30 minutes.
