Emergency Maintenance: Windows Hyper-V Nodes Reboot

Dear Windows Hyper-V clients:

We would like to inform you that our Operations team will be completing reboots on two of our Hyper-V nodes – HyperV06 and HyperV11. The reboots for both nodes will resolve issues occurring with backups.

The reboots will be performed tomorrow – Saturday, January 28, 2012 – at 1:00 a.m. EST. You will experience a service interruption of approximately 15 to 30 minutes, and will be unable to access your Windows VPS server during this brief interruption.

Emergency Maintenance: Virtuozzo Linux Server RVZLIN27 Maintenance

Dear Virtuozzo Linux VPS clients:

Please be aware that our Operations team will be performing maintenance on one of our Virtuozzo Linux servers, specifically RVZLIN27, which is located at our Rochester data center. The maintenance will replace RAM on this particular server to optimize its stability and speed.

This maintenance will occur tonight – Thursday, January 26, 2012 - at 11:00 p.m. EST. You will be unable to access your server during the time the maintenance is being performed; the maintenance is expected to last, at maximum, approximately 30 minutes.
