There was a brief network outage this morning for about 15 minutes. This would have impacted all of our services during that time. The issue has been corrected and services have returned to normal. We apologize for any inconvenience that this outage may have caused.

Microsoft released multiple security and software updates today, Tuesday March 10th, and recommended that customers
install these updates immediately. The greatest aggregate, maximum severity rating for these security updates is
Critical. Some of these updates require a server restart.
The Operations team will apply the updates on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings between 18:00 and 22:00 EDT to servers.
There will be intermittent outages during these periods because of the required server reboots.
If you have a Windows PC at home, we recommend that you visit the Microsoft
Update website at http://update.microsoft.com/ and apply all relevant patches to your computer.
For more information about current hotfixes, please visit http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/current.aspx .
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this maintenance.
On March 10 starting at 10:00 PM EDT we will be performing maintenance on our SiteBuilder service. This maintenance is scheduled to coincide with our mail server maintenance and will take approximately 2 hours to complete. During the maintenance period you will be unable to edit your site, but any existing sites that are already published will remain available.
Once the maintenance is completed all services will be restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete the necessary upgrades.

The planned maintenance from last week for the mail servers has now been rescheduled for tomorrow evening. On March 10th at 10:00 PM EDT we will be taking the mail servers offline to upgrade the system. This should alleviate the slowness issues that have periodically been affecting many of our customers. Please note that no mail will be lost during the downtime. As soon as the maintenance is complete any messages that were sent to you will be delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience that the downtime may cause. If you’re looking for any updates about the maintenance please check back here.

Unfortunately the planned maintenance to the mail system for tonight has been postponed. This upgrade to the system hinged upon a delivery of new hardware. We were expecting that shipment to arrive early today but it has been delayed until early next week. We will be performing the upgrade to the mail system as soon as possible; likely the same day that we receive our delivery. We will again schedule the maintenance for later in the evening so that the downtime will have as little impact to our customers as possible.
