There are a number of popular control panels for VPS servers, including cPanel, Plesk and Enkompass, and each provides unique benefits, according to a recent report from VPS Host Reviews.
According to the report, cPanel is a good solution coupled with its complementary WHM application. Between the two programs, users can leverage powerful tools to manage and maintain their VPS hosting plans through an intuitive interface and automated server management tasks.
Plesk Panel, on the other hand, offers similar services compared to cPanel and WHM, but does so in a single unified application. The report said this simplifies virtual server management, making it easier for developers to manage complex devices.
Enkompass is one of the newest control panels on the market, and is designed by the makers of cPanel. Essentially, it offers the same benefits as cPanel, but does so in a Windows-based environment.
Recently, Parallels released version 10.1 of Plesk Panel. In the new edition, users can leverage development tools built directly into the control panel and enjoy improved sustainability through systems that reduce the virtual machine's power use when parts of the server are not operating.
