Account Activation Time

Just go to our secure signup pages to sign up for an account. Once you have signed up and your payment has been processed, your account should be provisioned within 1-2 hours. Please note this may take longer if there are any delays in billing or any problems with your account activation.

Once your account is active, you can then contact the registrar of your domain name and provide them with our name server information:

Primary Name Server
Primary Server Hostname: NS5.softcomca.com
Primary Server Net Address: 168.144.1.155

Secondary Name Server
Secondary Server Hostname: NS6.softcomca.com
Secondary Server Net Address: 168.144.68.6

Please note that once you have made the Name Server changes, it may take up to 24-48 hours to be fully propagated across the internet.
