Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods.

  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Check/Money Order/Cash


Note: All fees billed are in US funds.


Billing History

To view your account's billing history

  • Next click on the "My Financial Info" link in the left hand menu.

  • You will then see all of your Payments and Invoices as well as your current account balance.


Adding a Credit Card

You can add additional credit cards to you account. This will give you the ability to have multiple payment options and you can choose which one is you default payment method.

  • Log into your account's control panel.
  • Once you've logged in click on the "New Credit Card" icon under the "My Financial Info" section.

  • Complete the form and press the SAVE button. Note that part of this form allows you to set this card as the default payment method. If you do not want the card to be the default payment method you would need to uncheck the check box before pressing the SAVE button.


Changing Payment Methods

It is possible to have several payment methods listed for your account and you can change default method whenever you like. If you have your account setup to be paid by one credit card and then decide that for your next payment you want to use a different card you can add the other card to your payment methods. Once the new card is entered you can have it set as the default payment method. After the payment is made you can switch back to the other card.

To switch payment methods you would need to do the following.


  • Next click on the "My Financial Info" link in the left hand menu. The menu item will expand to show three other options. Click on the "Payment Methods" link.

  • Next select the item you want to set as the default payment method and then press the MARK AS DEFAULT button.

Making a PayPal Payment

To submit a new PayPal payment you will need to follow the steps listed below.


  • After logging into your control panel click on the "New Payment" icon under the "My Financial Info" section.


  • On the next page press the NEXT button at the top of the page.


  • On top of this page enter the amount that you want to make the payment for. The "Payment Method" also needs to be set and you can do that by pressing the "..." button which will pop up a new window. In the new window click on the "PayPal Processing Center" link.


  • After selecting "PayPal Processing Center" scroll to the bottom of the page and press the ADD button.


  • After pressing the ADD button you are brought back to the main page of your control panel. Go to the "My Financial Info" section and then click on the "Balance" link on the right hand side of the site.


  • On this page you'll see the payment you created. It should have a status of "Draft". Click on the Document or the Document Type link for that payment.


  • Next, press the PAY NOW button and then follow the instructions to make the payment.
