Canceling Virtual Server Subscription

To cancel a virtual server subscription you would need to follow the steps listed below.

• Log into your administration site.

• After you've logged into the control panel you'll see a "Subscription Management" link on the left hand side. Click on that link.

• You should now see a list of your subscriptions. Click on the PLAN for the subscription you want to manage.

• From here you'll see a "Cancel Subscription" button. Press this button.

• Your subscription is not canceled yet. You need to enter a cancellation reason and then press the "Cancellation Subscription" button.

• The final step is to place the cancellation order. To submit the order press the "Place Order" button. Once you've done this your subscription will be queued for cancellation.
