HTTP 500 Error

The HTTP 500 internal server error message is a general message. You can find out the exact error by following steps below.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
3. Click on the Advanced tab.
4. Scroll down through the list of features and make sure the setting
   • "Show friendly HTTP error messages" is not checked.
5. Press the Apply button.
6. Press the OK button.

When you try to access the web page again you will see a more detailed error message.
