Hosting Only Email or Website

It is possible to host only your email with us while hosting your website at another provider. Alternately it is possible to host your website with us while hosting your email at another provider.

  • If you are using our Web Hosting services, you’ll need to edit your DNS record and redirect your A Record to the IP address of your account with us. The IP address of your account will be provided in your “account ready” email.
  • If you are using our Email Hosting services, you’ll need to edit your DNS record and redirect your MX Record to the IP Address of your email server with us.

If your DNS is hosted with us, you can use our DNS Management interface to make the changes. If your DNS record is hosted with another provider, you'll need to contact them for assistance.
