Rebuild Offline Address Book

The Offline Address Book is generated automatically the first night after your Hosted Exchange Email account is activated. If you encounter any errors related to the Offline Address Book and need to rebuild it, you can do so manually. Browse to your Control Panel Admin Management Page and click on Rebuild OAB.
