If you purchased one of our Custom VPS plans through the
myhosting.com onCloud(tm) billing system, you may now need to add a
license if it was not included in your plan. Our Custom VPS plans were
designed to be easily customizable through our store but as a result, do
not come with any license.
Purchasing a New Plesk License
- Log into your myhosting.com onCloud(tm) Control Panel at https://manage.myhosting.com.
- Click Account > Subscriptions
- Click on the Custom VPS subscription from the list.
- Click the Licenses tab.
- Click Buy new License.
- Click on the license category you wish to purchase. Presently you may see either Plesk 10 or Plesk Antivirus.
- Continue with your purchase until the order is completely submitted.
Windows VPS new Plesk License Installation
After the order is complete, Windows VPS owners will need to download
the license file, and install it manually into your Plesk installation.
To do so:
- Log into your myhosting.com onCloud(tm) Control Panel at https://manage.myhosting.com.
- Click Account > Subscriptions.
- Click on the Custom VPS subscription from the list.
- Click the Licenses tab.
- Click your newly purchased license.
- Make sure the order is complete (see status options)
- Click Download License.
- Be sure to download it to a location you remember.
- Log into your Plesk installation at https://your-ip:8443 and
click Tools > License Management. From here, you can upload a new
Plesk key!
- If you're installing Plesk AntiVirus by Dr. Web, you'll need to install the license under the Additional Licenses tab.
Linux VPS new Plesk License Installation
Linux VPS owners can now sit back and await the automated
installation of your new Plesk License (be sure your VPS is turned on if
it seems to be taking a while).
