All hardware is hosted in a Tier 4 Data Center located in Toronto, Canada. This allows all of our Exchange and SharePoint customers to enjoy the reliability of our services, and also allows our engineers sleep well knowing that our servers are in a one of the best data centers in North America.


All of our web hosting and email services are built on redundant Cisco network equipment, Dell servers and NetApp storage units. We connect to high performance, premium backbone Internet Service Providers, which is uncommon for affordable or economy hosting providers. To further reduce any risk and to provide multiple redundancies, we have partnered with multiple service providers to ensure a reliable flow of information both to and from our data center.

To ensure that you get the fastest and most reliable network connections, we monitor route efficiency and end-user performance, and take preventative actions wherever necessary to maintain the highest level of performance.


To ensure that our systems have the necessary capacity, we intentionally underutilize our network, servers and storage units. This provides service resiliency even when email traffic surges. And based on growth trends in mailbox sizes, Spam volume, network traffic and Support calls, we will build additional capacity before any of the existing limits are reached.

Disaster Recovery Backups

We have prepared extensive disaster recovery plans in the event of any potential event. One of the important components of such plans is the ability to restore data. Therefore all customer and corporate data is backed up regularly and is shipped off-site. For Exchange customers who have Email retention and compliance requirements, we offer the Microsoft FrontBridge solution (also known as Microsoft EHS) which provides a full and extensive archiving solution. And for those Exchange customers who want to create a simple backup of their mailbox, there are multiple export features available both through our Control Panel and through Microsoft Outlook 2010.
